Life Giving Moments Empty Life Giving Moments

Received the umpteenth call from this entity (don't know if charity, survey, telemarketer, whatever) last night at about 8:30 PM.  They call from various numbers and their only saving grace is that they ID themselves, and you can ignore them.  It's difficult to block all the numbers they use, but based on some notes perhaps I can switch to NOMOROBO and remove the number on my call blocker to free up space.  Aside from blocking and reporting to FCC, any ideas how we can get rid of this nuisance?

If my thought's are in the right direction, it is a charity and as a rule exempt from the DNC. However, I'm thinking they can be reported if they continue to call after being asked not to.  I'm not real clear on that..

You can check through the TCPA laws and see what the DNC say's also.. though I do not think they can be reported to the DNC since its for telemarketing only. It does include surveys who try to sell though at the end of the survey.
