Reading the various posts on 800notes seems to suggest several things:
1.  Although there are many posts, the various types of scam are limited
2.  The regular responders continue to give great (but repeated) information in most of the threads
3.  The posters seldom, if ever, return to their threads (exception: the shills who attempt to deny what was stated by a helpful responder)
4.  Most of the posters, if they ask a question, ask a question that has been answered many times previously.

So, in an effort to summarize and collect these frequently asked questions, and provide answers, I set up a little web page, at http://phonehelp.2truth.com

Unfortunately, due to (3) above, the site will probably receive few visits    

However, if you wish a new problem/solution to be added, or have an improved solution, please post something here, in this forum.  Perhaps I will update the site, as soon as I get a round tuit.
