What are the Rules Priority for Incoming Calls? Empty What are the Rules Priority for Incoming Calls?

In Phone Tray Free, what happens to an incoming call from a number that has been designated to be ZAPPED, and the call is during a time when you have set "Quiet Time" -- is the call ZAPped, or does the Quiet Time action take precedence?
